Creating jobs the region needs with all the skills that business wants
Parkide will create many hundreds of good jobs in two stages. First, the right specialists and tradespeople will be needed for construction. Then, as buildings are let, occupiers will recruit to run their operations.
Parkside LLP will work alongside new occupiers to help them find and recruit the right people locally and from the wider area of Liverpool and Manchester, ensuring the scheme becomes a sustainable employment site over the long term.

Parkside could easily create up to 1,500 skilled full-time jobs
Job creation
At Parkside
Once work begins at Parkside, the construction process will generate a huge number of jobs and the contractors responsible will be advertising these widely. This will create jobs for a diverse range of trades and local businesses.
The occupiers of the buildings will also be recruiting. There will be a huge range of jobs on offer, from HGV and forklift drivers to accountants, clerical staff, managers, cleaners and more.
In fact, the employment density for these buildings ranges from one person per 1,000 sq ft to one person per 2,000 sq ft, depending on the specific operations and level of automation. So, the development at Parkside could easily create around 1,500 full time jobs, many of them highly skilled.
We will be working with partners to support the occupiers in finding the right people to help them compete in their respective markets.
